This use of two narrative constructs at the beginning and at the end of messages about the creative activities of God clearly emphasizes the idea of ​​reconciling the divine Word and being. The emergence and spread of various non-pagan religious movements can be called one of the global trends of today. This process is also characteristic of individual religious manifestations in Ukrainian society. On the territory of Ukraine, the revival and activation of non-pagan movements has its own specificity. We highlight some aspects of the phenomenon of revival of the Ukrainian denomination not only in its general confessional expressions, but also from the standpoint of scientific determination and investigation of the problems of (...) self-identification of representatives of different currents of Ukrainian neo-paganism. First of all, we include in the concept of "self-identification" the following points: national self-determination of an individual, confessional self-name, which signifies belonging to a certain religious organization and attributes of self-determination, which has its manifestation in national and religious symbolism, clothing elements and more. Актуальність обраної теми статті зумовлена практичними та теоретичними причинами. По-перше, йдеться про важливість цілісного філософського осмислення толерантності як громадянської чесноти та сутнісної характеристики людського буття за умов євроінтеграційних прагнень України, формування вітчизняного громадянського суспільства. А, по-друге, про спробу виокремити найістотніші моделі концептуалізації ідеї толерантності в модерній та новітній філософській думці як усвідомлення неможливості толерантного, справедливого, людяного розв’язання соціальних та міжкультурних конфліктів без належної взаємної поваги, визнання гідності їх учасників. Визначення горизонтально-персональних та вертикально-інституційних вимірів толерантності, а також її морально-етичних та філософсько-антропологічних (...) складових здійснено на засадах послідовної реконструкції праць провідних як західних, переважно європейських, так і вітчизняних філософів, що уможливить розуміння перспектив подальшого дослідження толерантності в контексті проблем визнання, свободи, справедливості, довіри та співчуття. Йдеться також про важливість та плідність осмислення толерантності як засадничої цінності та чесноти вільного демократичного суспільства: в контексті деліберативної демократії (Ю. Габермас), єдності, цілісності моральних норм та персонального досвіду (М. Попович), права людей на спротив (Дж. Ролз) та розбудови «критичної теорії толерантності» (Р. Форст, О. Гьофе). На засадах проведеного у статті дослідження автор доходить висновку про такі важливі особливості сучасного існування толерантності: її трансформацію від персонального до інституційно-правового, міжнаціонального втілення; життєво-важливу необхідність доповнення її юридичних вимірів моральною цариною, коли бути нетерпимим до іншого, особливого буття поступово стає не лише незаконним, а й аморальним. The article consistently substantiates the idea of the special methodological and practical relevance of the philosophy of justice by J. Rawls devoted to the 50th anniversary of the publication of his "Theory of Justice" and the 100th anniversary of the birth of this outstanding modern philosopher. Not only "Theory of Justice", but also such important works of J. Rawls as "Lectures on the History of Moral Philosophy" and "Justice as Fairness: A Restatement" are aimed at searching out the ways of (...) building an honest, dignified society and appearing in front of us as the most influential texts of the last century on political philosophy, philosophy of law and morality. To think about "justice as fairness" with Rawls is a constructive philosophical strategy. This very idea is advocated not only by followers but also by critics of Rawls's theory of justice. As the article emphasizes, beginning the ponders on the question of justice, J. Rawls notes that justice, as a fundamental condition of human existence, does not allow the loss of freedom by some to be justified by the great benefits of others. What was embodied in the desire of his "realistic utopia of justice" is to work out the mechanisms for the fair overcoming of social conflicts. And the unconditional importance of suggested by us consistent reconstruction of the relationship between justice and freedom in the thoughts of J. Rawls is also due to the fact that they led to the deep development of modern social and political philosophy, broadened its methodological and conceptual horizons. However, Rawls's philosophy of justice (as emphasized by such prominent philosophers as A. Нonneth, M. Nussbaum, E. Tugendhat, R. Forst) did not go beyond the distributive interpretation of justice and ignored the main issue of justice (and injustice) is the issue of power. (shrink)

Предметом дослідження статті є осмислення та розгортання тези про місце контрактуалізму Т. Гоббса та Ж.-Ж. Руссо на теренах модерної та постмодерної практичної філософії в контексті теорії суспільної угоди та її місця в сучасній філософії. Послідовно доведено, що найістотніше визначення суспільної угоди знаходиться саме в царині практичної філософії і тлумачиться нею як механізм, спосіб несуперечливого людського існування, дія спільноти людей, які разом, добровільно встановлюють і дотримуються певних прав і обов’язків. Автор пропонує порівняльний аналіз творчого доробку Т. Гоббса та Ж.-Ж. Руссо з (...) метою поглибленого розуміння актуальності та методологічної значущості для сьогодення їх роздумів про суспільну угоду. Реконструкція антропологічної складової основних теоретичних здобутків Т. Гоббса та Ж.-Ж. Руссо дала можливість дослідити розуміння ними засадничої для людського буття проблеми, а саме – проблеми справедливості. Політична антропологія Т. Гоббса та Ж.-Ж. Руссо є витоком і осердям дослідження істотного взаємозв’язку конфліктного та кооперативного образів людини й актуалізує філософське осмислення механізмів формування автономної особистості та розуміння модерного контрактуалізму як інтелектуально-дієвої допомоги в наших спробах дослідити особисту свободу людини в контексті істотних суспільних трансформацій, зберегти та розвинути такі досягнення модерного соціального проекту, як права людини і демократична правова держава. У статті окреслено сутність розуміння модерною філософією ідеї суспільної угоди як нового принципу регуляції людського буття, що виконує роль засадничої легітимації суспільних відносин. Автор доводить, що модерний контрактуалізм еволюціонував від обґрунтування основних норм державно-правового суспільного ладу через інструментально-стратегічний розум та негативно-конфліктне тлумачення природи людини (Т.Гобс) до акцентування уваги на формальних умовах легітимації та практичному сенсі теорії суспільної угоди (Ж.-Ж. Русо), що постало засадою прагнень поєднання порядку зі свободою та повагою до моральної гідності кожної людини (І.Кант). Ці ідеї набули подальшого розвитку (...) та критичного осмислення в працях сучасних політичних філософів, таких як А.Баруці, О.Гьофе, Дж.Ролз, Р.Дворкін, Е.Макінтайр, К.-О. Апель, Ю.Габермас, Р.Брандт, В.Керстінг. Результатом їх творчості стало послідовне доведення необхідності обмеження індивідом власного егоїзму та свободи заради колективної волі більшості через пошуки такого способу соціальних взаємин, на засадах якого окрема людина підпорядковувалась би як суспільним інституціям, так і собі самій. Модерна теорія суспільної угоди не лише заснувала розуміння сучасної демократичної держави, а й прагнула обґрунтування усвідомлення індивідом обмеження власного егоїзму та свободи заради колективної волі інших громадян. Автор робить висновок про те, що в новітніх версіях контрактуалізму суспільна угода постає як широка домовленість, що є витоком політичних прав та обов’язків громадян, механізмом справедливого захисту їхніх інтересів. Повага до людської гідності є шляхом досягнення гуманного та справедливого людського буття. У статті здійснено історико-філософський аналіз проблеми людської гідності як засадничої складової людського існування. Методологічною основою дослідження постали принцип об’єктивності та принцип історизму, що виявляються найбільш адекватними при розгляді такого багатоаспектного явища, як проблема людської гідності. Велике значення мали методи історико-філософського аналізу та історичної реконструкції, а також онтологічний підхід, використання яких дало автору можливість розкрити сутність історичної трансформації проблеми людської гідності і різноманіття її сутнісних конотацій в процесі соціально-історичного розвитку. Наукова новизна статті полягає у спробі виявлення різноманіття філософських конотацій поняття людської гідності, серед яких економічна, соціокультурна, правова і морально-антропологічна, а також з’ясування способів їх взаємодії. У статті осмислено гідність як особливий інтерсуб’єктивний феномен та фундаментальний чинник людського буття, що відкриває перспективи подальшого аналізу шляхів розбудови людяного, справедливого суспільства. Загальнокультурна тенденція, спрямована на ціннісне буття людини, органічно поєднана з її правами на збереження честі та гідності. Проблеми становлення та функціонування відкритого, демократичного, правового суспільства і формування людяної системи ціннісних соціальних регулятивів безпосередньо вкорінені у визнанні та культивуванні такого фундаментального чинника людського буття, як гідність. А розв’язання жодної соціальної проблеми не може бути успішним при порушенні людської гідності. Проте ці, такі важливі, горизонти, сутнісні інтерекзистенціали людського буття все ще недостатньо осмислені, що значно ускладнює розуміння трендів суспільного розвитку та планування майбутнього. У теоретичному сенсі на особливу увагу потребує подальше дослідження конкретно-історичного екзистенційного виміру гідності людини та особливостей, способів її функціонування у сучасному глобалізованому світі, у постмодерних практиках, зокрема тих, що породжені розвитком новітніх технологій, які надають нових аспектів обговоренню проблеми гідності людини. У статті окреслено сутність розуміння проблеми свободи в річищі ідеї суспільної угоди. Особливий наголос зроблено на спробі осмислення умов та принципів вільного досягнення справжньої згоди, яка не спотворюється зовнішніми та внутрішніми примусами, а конституюється силою кращого аргументу. Автор ставить за мету проаналізувати можливості такого втілення принципу свободи, яке сприяло б відповідальній повазі до гідності кожного, а справедливе вирішення конфліктів відбувалося б з урахуванням потреб не лише наших близьких, а й далеких людей. Доведено, що саме поступове розширення вітчизняного соціокультурного простору свободи (...) як індивідуального та національного звільнення, та екзистенційне і теоретичне усвідомлення її як сутнісного прояву відповідальності людського буття актуалізує новітні філософські дискурси свободи, втілені в працях як вітчизняних (Є.Бистрицький, Г.Ковадло, В.Лях, М.Попович), так і зарубіжних (І.Берлін, А.Велмер, Ю.Габермас, О.Гьофе, Ч.Тейлор) дослідників. У статті проаналізовано необхідність переходу від осмислення та убезпечення формальних засад та вимірів свободи до розуміння її нових соціокультурних складових. Автор доходить висновку, що свобода є засадничою умовою справедливого гідного життя, вкоріненого у відсутності приниження та злиднів, у чесності з іншими людьми та із самим собою. (shrink)

Автор статті виходить з того, що філософія Томаса Гоббса не втрачає своєї актуальності. Саме життя за доби «вірусократії», боротьби як за безпеку, так і за свободу, потребує відповідей на питання про співвідношення прав, свободи, страху, безпеки, тобто тих проблем, до яких постійно звертався Томас Гоббс. Означені аспекти філософської спадщини Гоббса стануть предметом даної статі та поглиблять роздуми вітчизняних дослідників про сенс ідеї суспільного угоди Гоббса та закладених в ній ще малодосліджених алгоритмів формування справедливої правової держави. Адже саме з політичної філософії (...) Гоббса розпочинається притаманне модерній політичній філософії та філософії права глибинне зрушення в розумінні природи людини та її свободи. Запропонована Гоббсом політична антропологія виходить з тези про природну рівність людей, а також з прагнення обґрунтувати необхідність усвідомлення індивідом обмеження власного егоїзму та свободи заради колективної волі інших громадян. Йдеться також про актуальність для сучасної філософії та нашого вітчизняного простору розробленого Гоббсом принципу суспільної угоди як нового суспільного принципу регуляції людського буття, який став втіленням істотного переходу від телеологічних до правових уявлень про людину, її свободу та справедливість. У політичній філософії Т. Гоббса було розроблено ідею про внутрішню непокору, свободу совісті як «права людини і громадянина», про те, що державна влада мусить визнавати, а не просто дозволяти персональну незалежність своїх громадян, їх права діяти на власний розсуд. Проте для подальшого розвитку цієї ідеї потрібно було вийти за межі філософії Т. Гоббса, що й судилося зробити Ж.-Ж. Руссо. (shrink)

А також доведено точку зору про те, що в подальшому розгортанні та осмисленні ідеї суспільної угоди засадничим має стати теоретичне та практичне визнання свободи та відповідальності, людської гідності та довіри людей одне до одного та до державних, суспільних інституцій. А осмислення таких людських чеснот та способів людського буття, як чесність, справедливість та відповідальність має доповнюватися їх існуванням в якості реальних соціальних практик. Звертаючись до (...) творів таких класиків сучасної філософії, як Ю. Габермас, Г. Йонас, А. Гонет, Ф. Фукуяма, доведено, що ті учасники суспільної угоди, яким притаманна свобода, гідність та відповідальність, можуть стати не лише об’єктами, а і суб’єктами суспільного буття, тобто громадянами. Автор статті прагне віднайти відповіді на запитання про те, на які виклики наштовхується сучасне демократичне суспільство і чи лише правлячі еліти є відповідальним за перспективи розвитку нашого суспільства. У теоретичному сенсі у статті йдеться про дослідження сучасного стану філософії контрактуалізму, її спроб вийти за межі процедурного формалізму та кантівського трансценденталізму, долучитися до осмислення не лише проблем свободи та справедливості, а й довіри та відповідальності кожного громадянина як суб’єкта реальної суспільної угоди. Purpose. The purpose of the study is critical reconstruction of gender issues within the framework of modern political philosophy and political anthropology, in-depth reflection of the phenomena of justice, identity, human dignity in the aspect of their gender measurements and the search for the answer to the fundamental question for leading gender discourses: is freedom and justice, in fact, possible only together with stresses, a feeling of one’s sense-rooted belonging to one or another community? Theoretical basis. The supplement of the (...) phenomenological and transcendental methodology by the method of contractualism directs the study of the topic specified in the article’s title into a new direction, and reflects its essential measurements and aspects. Understanding gender as an important philosophical and anthropological problem and a complex "social construct" precisely within the framework of the latest critical and self-critical versions of the theory of social contract reveal fruitful perspectives for political philosophy and anthropology. Originality. The study of the phenomena of "recognition" of "gender justice", "moral sense" outlines the possibilities and sense of filling the principle of social contract with a specific theoretical and practical content, substantiates the need to expand the philosophical and anthropological interpretation space of gender issues. Conclusions. Significance of the gender community for the sociocultural and existential identity of the individual enables his/her security and the ability to adequately orient in difficult life situations. However, the main purpose of human life is the ability to self-identity, even after profound changes in the structure of personality that arise in difficult situations of contempt and injustice. _Purpose._ The purpose of the article lies in studying the main socio-anthropological measurements of the problem of recognition represented primarily by the philosophy of recognition of Alex Honneth, which is actualized by the struggle of the Ukrainian people for their existence and national-cultural recognition. A consistent analysis of the communicative paradigm in contemporary philosophy led to the understanding of its transformation into the reality of the problem of recognition and the identification of the main forms of recognition in it, which (...) determine an individual’s perception of the social space as fair or unfair, where his dignity is disrespected. _Theoretical basis._ Turning to the works of Jurgen Habermas, Otfried Hoeffe, Ernst Tugendhat, Stefan Gosepath, and Thomas Rentsch made it possible to supplement the mainly procedural, theoretical-communicative way of philosophizing with a philosophical-anthropological, existential, contextual principle of awareness of recognition as a fundamental principle of justice and the understanding that the brutal, unjust destruction of the "living world" of a person and the state is synonymous with their physical destruction. The thesis of Francis Fukuyama about the relationship between the desire for recognition and human dignity inherent in human nature has acquired an important theoretical and methodological meaning. _Originality._ The article investigates the modern philosophical discourse of the problem of recognition in the socio-anthropological measurements, in the context of the relationship between recognition, the "living world" and justice, non-recognition, humiliation of human dignity, and injustice. And it was also found that the image of recognition represented by modern philosophical thought, as a horizon and condition of human existence, is based on the following components: justice, solidarity, dignity, and care. Exactly addressing the problem of recognition made it possible to answer the question about the anthropological-ontological, existential meaning of the desire of individuals, nations, and states for recognition and outline the ways of transforming recognition as a variant of "communicative utopia" into a real socio-cultural project. _Conclusions._ In contrast to justice, the theory of recognition comes from asymmetrical human relations, which, in the struggle for recognition, must become symmetrical. Although justice takes precedence over ethics of care and recognition, they are not actually in competition with each other, but belong to different but complementary dimensions of human existence. The perspective of philosophical understanding of the problem of recognition itself requires the deepening of its analysis with an existential-anthropological understanding rooted in a new, tragic life experience. Only under such conditions, it is possible to overcome the gap between often abstract philosophical reflections and real personal and social practices. (shrink)

Purpose. The purpose of the study lies in critical reconstruction of Thomas Hobbes’s social contract theory as an important principle not only of modern political anthropology, but also of modern and postmodern social projects. As well as, in the unfolding of the fundamentally important both for the newest social-philosophical and philosophical-anthropological discourses of the thesis that each individual is the origin of both personal and institutional freedom and justice, making the contract first of all with himself, with his desires and (...) sorrows and then with other people and the state. Theoretical basis. The principle of social contract offered by Hobbes became a new social, methodologically significant and relevant principle of regulation of activity, which indicates essential for the modern political philosophy and the philosophy of law transition from teleological to legal ideas of justice. For an in-depth study of the philosophical and anthropological aspects of Hobbes’s contractualism, we used the historical-comparative and contextualization method, as well as the works of leading native and foreign researchers of Hobbes, who uphold the provisions on the organic affiliation of fundamental socio-philosophical and philosophical-anthropological questions about the nature of man, the relation of coercion, freedom and justice with the discourse of social contract. Originality. On the basis of a consistent analysis of the anthropological component of Hobbes’s theory of social contract, an in-depth understanding of modern contractualism and contemporary discussions in the field of its existential and anthropological component is offered, as well as the thesis that political anthropology is the core of the philosophical anthropology because it makes possible the methodologically important understanding of the basic problems of human existence – the interaction of justice and freedom, self-interest and public good, as well as it quite clearly outlines the ways to overcome the dilemmas of liberalism and communitarianism, individualism and holism. Conclusions. Political anthropology of T. Hobbes constructed in the context of a modern social project, justified the issue of interaction between freedom and justice, which is fundamentally important to nowadays, through the search for such a way of social relations, in which an individual, being in the realm of social existence, would seek to limit his own selfishness and freedom for the sake of the common will of the majority. Thanks to Hobbes, the idea of external humility in disobedience to the inner, of freedom of conscience as a "human and citizen", of an understanding of individual independence, which is not just a permissible but accepted by state power, has been acquired with exceptional theoretical and practical meaning. Thanks to Hobbes’s works, the essence was revealed by the relationship between the cooperative and the conflicted vision of man. (shrink)

The application of the latest technologies in biology and medicine has brought them to a qualitatively new level of possibilities. Worldwide, biobanking is actively developing through the creation of biobanks of various types and purposes, whose resources are used to solve therapeutic or scientific problems. Legal science remains an open question concerning the boundary that runs between the right to data protection and the scope of disclosure of data needed for medical purposes. In this article, the author considers peculiarities of (...) data processing in the context of biobanking activity on the example of Austria and its national legislation. In addition, the article reveals features of the approaches of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and the Council of Europe to the issue of biobanking in general, its characteristics in the context of data, and legal regulation of this phenomenon in the national law of states. The author devoted an important part of the study to the role of Austria’s experience in the context of data processing for scientific purposes and the development of biobanking for a number of other European states. The aim of the article is to analyze the Austrian legislation on data processing for scientific research and biobanking, the attitude of the Council of Europe to this phenomenon, and the practice of the ECtHR, as well as to consider the impact of the current world situation on these activities. The leading method of research used in the article is the formal-legal method. The article analyzes the Austrian law in the context of data processing in medical research, the relationship of the specifics of personal data protection, and the need to disclose them for scientific purposes. The author pays special attention to the influence of Austrian law on the legislation of other countries, which is reflected in the conclusions to the article. In addition, based on an analysis of the application of the Austrian experience to the legislation of Poland and Ukraine, the author points out the necessary changes that should be made in the laws of these countries. У статті розглядаються основні напрями колонізаційної політики Російської імперії по відношенню до татарського населення Північного Кавказу під час експансії в Криму та на Кавказі в другій половині ХVІІІ ст. Висвітлюються обставини знищення ногайських татар, які жили на Кубані, геноцид по відношенню до мешканців цієї території, основні стратегії, які поєднували в собі підрив єдності татарської спільноти, розпалювання ворожнечі між татарськими кланами та безпосереднє знищення татар шляхом прямої військової агресії.

The main purpose of legal interpretation is to create conditions for the effective functioning of law and its components by clarifying their true content, which eliminates any doubts and ambiguities. The purpose of this article is: first, to analyze the provisions of current Ukrainian legislation for identifying the general approaches embodied in it and the principles for the implementation of legal interpretation activities by state power bodies; secondly: presentation on the basis of modern achievements and developments of legal science of (...) the system of measures for standardization of such activity, bringing it in line with the needs of law enforcement practice. The solution of the set tasks was carried out using the method of philosophical dialectics, a system of general scientific and special scientific methods of cognition, which are based on the principles of objectivity, comprehensiveness, complexity. Based on the analysis of the normative material, it is concluded that there is no single harmonized approach in the Ukrainian legislation on the procedure for providing clarifications of the content of normative-legal acts. The authors give arguments on the need to clarify and streamline the legal interpretation activity by state bodies and propose a number of measures to achieve this goal. Based on the conducted analysis of the normative material, the authors outline the main problematic issues of the legislative definition of the basics of legal interpretation and provide specific proposals for improving the current legislation in this area. The article carries out a comprehensive comparative analysis of the understanding of "practice" in the context of thinkers of two directions of Marxism – Ukrainian-Soviet and Chinese philosophers. When examining the concept of "practice" in Ukrainian Soviet Marxism, the work of the following domestic thinkers is studied: P. Kopnin, V. Shynkaruk, V. Tabachkovskyi, V. Ivanov, O. Yatsenko. It is substantiated that domestic thinkers in the 60s and 80s of the XX century. focused their attention on practice not so much in (...) the epistemological or socio-philosophical content, but in the anthropological and existential one. According to most of them, practice is not so much the opposite of theory, but a fundamental principle of consideration of all scientific and theoretical problems through the prism of their humanistic content, which allows us to realize the connection of theoretical knowledge with all the variety of ways of mastering a person. being, reveals the essence of knowledge as a cultural phenomenon. The work "On Practice" by Mao Zedong is analyzed, which reveals the prospect of further understanding of the researched concept within the framework of Chinese Marxism. In particular, he singles out two key aspects of the explanation of "practice": epistemological and political-philosophical. Therefore, Marxism in China is used to solve its problems and transform the rich practical experience of the state into theory, as well as in combination with Chinese history and unique Chinese traditional culture. The emergence of the Cossack community on the southern border was conditioned by its population growth and the necessity to protect Ukrainian lands from Tatar expansion. The long stay of the Cossacks far from the volosts (rural municipalities) raise the need for uniting into cohesive troops led by an experienced ataman. They built fortified towns and small settlements to defend against Horde attacks and securely store their booty. Russian officials wanted to use the Cossack potential and repeatedly offered the ruler (...) of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania to build a powerful fortress on the border with the Crimean Khanate in the 20s and 40s of the ХVІ c. However, due to a shortage of resources, Prince Dmytro Vyshnevetskyi was only able to realize this idea later. There are different versions regarding the castle’s location, purpose, and architectural style. However, the idea of identifying Vyshnevetskyi “town” with the so-called “Khortytska Sich” seems doubtful. No direct evidence of the Sich’s functioning in the 50s of the XVI c. has been found in written sources. Only the presence of a “fortress” or “castle” in Zaporizhzhia is recorded. At the same time, a representative of an aristocratic family made great efforts to defend Ukrainian lands, thus contributing to the consolidation of the Cossack community. This marks the outstanding role of Prince-knight Dmytro Vyshnevetskyi in national history. The castle he built on the Kichkaskii cape of the Dnipro River, also documented in the sources as Mala Khortytsia, served as a prototype for fortifications of the Zaporozhian community. This community, established on the island of Tomakivka in the ХVІ с., came to be known as the Zaporozhian Sich. (shrink)

This essay aims to reconstruct and defend Pascal’s account of divine hiddenness. In the first section I explain Pascal’s view that divine hiddenness is primarily a function of human volitional aversion and only secondarily a result of God’s intentional action. In the following section I evaluate the primary sense of hiddenness by considering Pascal’s response to the objection that divine goodness requires and divine power makes possible God’s provision of evidence sufficient to overcome human volitional indisposition. While Pascal does think (...) it possible for God to provide such evidence, he argues that this would unjustly harm human freedom and endanger human intellectual understanding. I conclude by addressing a weaker form of the objection through consideration of the second sense of divine hiddenness and Pascal’s surprising view that God’s intentional “hiding” is in fact a progressively deeper entry into the particulars of human history. The name of Pavel Ivanovich Novgorodtsev is not very widely known to the reader at large. It has only been in the last ten or twelve years that isolated studies of particular problems in his creative works have begun to appear.

The study of orders as a product of spiritual creativity has its long and rich history. In addition to ethnographers, religious scholars, psychologists, philosophers, as well as scientists who carried out their research on the brink of several sciences - M. Bachtin, J. Frezer, K. Levy Briul, worked on their analysis. The orders helped find the keys to the style of thinking of primitive tribes, the peculiarities of their worldview, language, remedies, regulation of social relations.
